Sweden also had a lockdown.

Your narrative is ahistoric. It is pseudoscientific and conspiratorial.

Sweden did not have a lockdown, I know because I was there. It was voluntary. What the actual heck is going on when you are willing to lie this much.

  • Ban on gatherings of more then 7 people, schools going remote, travel restrictions, etc. Sounds like a lockdown to me, albeit not as aggressive as the rest of Europe. But the laxer lockdown also resulted in more people dying from the virus, so I don’t think you have a case here.

What is going on here, is that you have bought into Covid conspiracy theories, and you are in some sort of a groupthink mode, where you believe your ingroup of conspiracy theorists are right by default and the rest of the world has gone insane.

    • I was definitely at gatherings of more than 7 people.

Look, you can cry all you want about it.

In the end, Sweden fared better.

Since you claim to like Science (TM), here you go:

      > In Sweden, the excess mortality rate of 158/100,000 was among the lowest, ranked 37th among 42 countries, and not very different from other Nordic countries
