No, you're debating whether "most" users have issues, which was your claim. I don't bother complaining to the IT people at my company because of fundamental issues in the OS that they can't do anything about, so I'm not sure your data implies what you think it does.
We're a small company and we often share technical challenges in a forum. So it's not your typical corporate.
