I tend to work in a middle ground space here. I want to influence and approve and, most importantly, understand whatever design I'm pursuing. I don't want to fastidiously write the whole design out myself.

I've been starting in the ChatGPT web UI, having long conversations, having it generate Markdown plans, and then editing those plans; I hand those off to implementation agents.
