This sounds like a misunderstanding of how PKI on the web works. Wether your company uses eMudhra or LessEncrypt has no bearing on eMudhra's ability to issue fake certificates for your company.
They might be foreign to you, but your favorite CA is foreign to Indians.
Certainly some American CAs aren't any better, flashbacks to Comodo 2011 (now Sectigo).
