This is being done while we speak here.
Happily hosting a site that will cross 4 billion queries per year there, and I didn’t face that banner you mention :-)
Two things:
1) 4b queries a year is nothing. 4b queries is less than an hour for some of the software I have written.
2) The banner was a joke referencing the fact that the EU has a terrible track record with privacy.
Wrong answer.
There is literally no sensible reason that a bank should use another companies computers.
Yeah but i wish most of those weren't glorified OpenStack wrappers.
