US per capita spending on healthcare: $13,473 per person

China per capita spending on healthcare: ~$763 per person

Both have average life expectancy of 79 years. LITERALLY China has better healthcare, better housing, literally better in all the ways that count.

What does our "democracy" get us exactly???
