this isn't the first time I see "I have not actually read the paper" take.
Previous time it was "I don't care about ai papers by default, so who cares"
either way it's not good to not even try and to "proudly" put your lack of effort front and forward
You have completely misunderstood the author's point - a misunderstanding that would have been easily avoided by reading just a little bit more of the 23 pages of detailed exposition which is very clearly not the outcome of a 'lack of effort'
