You mean sanctions that have targeted EU citizens.
Wero has the right momentum, it'll get there. But federating mobile wallets in the Eurozone and eventually Europe at large is no small feat.

Isn't there already a standard QR code format you can scan with your bank app to make an instant SEPA transaction?
Transfers and payments are different things.
But first we need all the banks to support that.
