Sounds like they trained it on Boxxy or Kat from Sam and Kat. I guess it does sound like a human talking but in an affected unnatural way.

Yeah. If someone talked to me like that, I’d really want to slap them. I hope no one gets the bright idea of building a customer support bot around this tech.
At least a dozen startups are working on it
