It's a community project maintaining a list of banking apps compatible with GrapheneOS. The issues are used to submit feedback and are closed once the page is updated. It isn't a tracker with open issues for incompatible banking apps or functionality. The open issues are feedback which hasn't been incorporated yet. It lists whether the overall app is working on the main page and links to the feedback issue for each app to provide additional information.

Zelle does work on GrapheneOS via many banking apps. It isn't clear why it wouldn't work for that app when it works in others and no one has investigated it.

Most banking apps around the world only support Google Pay and Apple Pay for tap-to-pay on a smartphone. Google Pay bans using GrapheneOS so that's why tap-to-pay on GrapheneOS is only available in regions with alternatives to Google Pay. Europe has Curve Pay, PayPal tap-to-pay and many banks implementing their own tap-to-pay. That site currently doesn't list whether an app has their own working tap-to-pay or similar additional details.
