The days of GrapheneOS not working with banking apps are long gone. I'm using 5 banking apps (which will remain unnamed for security) -- they all work, with the important caveat that NFC payments don't work. For me, this is no longer a huge issue: I just swipe a card rather than my phone. Once you get (back) used to it, it's frankly only marginally less convenient. Ymmv.
