What nonsense. Can't I have questions before using something offered to me? Trade-offs are everywhere even with free things.
And this whole attempt at making someone with legitimate questions look bad ... sorry but it's ridiculous.
The operators of this gratis, ~quarter-century-old service are doing just fine without bothering to please users like yourself. You're unhappy with it, but they've clearly made the right choice.
