My wife loves her surface book specifically for the touch. No touch is what held her back from going Mac. She's a teacher and is constantly making assets and stuff in Canvas and those sort of things.

My wife is also a teacher and also loves the touch screen on her notebook, she will instinctively touch to scroll whenever she's on my macbook.
