Isn't fascism an authoritarian ideology? How can someone be authoritarian and anti-government at the same time?

[flagged]

  • No that's not it, say again?

    > A system of government marked by centralization of authority under a dictator, a capitalist economy subject to stringent governmental controls, violent suppression of the opposition, and typically a policy of belligerent nationalism and racism.

  • To me that sounds like anarchism, or maybe anarcho-capitalism. What makes fascism different from those ideologies?
