No evidence for this. What you're saying is similar to Linus's law, which has been disproven.
Aren't all great free projects testament to this? I do not understand your point.
But you have to keep going with that; there's a lot of space under "will pick up on it."
This can mean both "contribute and be an awesome part of a community" and also "steal, exploit and use for disgusting evil."
