If the justification for the valuation is "they sell intelligence", then their valuation should be $0. Because their product isn't the least bit intelligent, and routinely gets beaten by humans.

You can be as dismissive as you want but this doesn't reflect the reality.
I can easily spend a LOT less time on describing the same amount to claude than i would in a JIRA ticket and doing code review on the PR of Claude than talking to a person about it. Instead of 1-4 weeks Claude is done in an hour.
Its also already A LOT faster and better of analysing infrastructure issues.
Conservatives' undermining public education makes it inevitable that slop engines will surpass the intelligence of the average human, then double and treble it as the average human's intelligence continues to decline.
Probably also a huge problem but at least in the last 15 years of working, there was always at least 1 if not 2 people were i question how they were even in the industry to begin with and getting jobs.
