Not just ICMP, doing a traceroute over tcp also results in this. Looks to be either a really well done forgery, or legitimate.

Not just ICMP, doing a traceroute over tcp also results in this. Looks to be either a really well done forgery, or legitimate.
TCP traceroute relies on ICMP responses, too.
