That costs $47 (US). The archiv article is free.
I think pointing out that it is published on a known journal is to display the fact that the paper is now peer-reviewed
Yes, that’s right. I wanted to highlight that this is a peer-reviewed article published in one of the top statistical journals.
Peer reviews dont mean much anymore these days.
